Role Spotlight:

We're seeking a dynamic Shift Team Leader to lead our Nyrstar Blast Furnace  - Team 2. If you're passionate about leading a team to excellence, ensuring the utmost safety standards, and driving production with precision and care, we want you! Based in Port Pirie, South Australia, this role comes with a continuous shift roster and the promise of relocation assistance for the right candidate.

 

Your Impact:

  • Champion process improvements and communication

 Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Mastery in personnel management and organisational change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management or similar leadership development credentials is a desirable.
