The Role
As a Plant Operator, you will work in one of five plant areas operating equipment such as forklifts and cranes and manually working to safely and efficiently process and produce the critical metals the world relies on. In a nut shell, we turn dirt into metal!

Plant Operators work a shift roster (12 hours per shift) on an even-time 4/4 roster. This means you’ll work 2 dayshifts and 2 nights, followed by 4 days off, giving you ample time to enjoy the beautiful regional surroundings and get involved in local community groups.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Some heavy industry, construction or similar labourer experience
