Cost Controller Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Control Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the Service Entry System (SES) process on-site, ensuring documentation accuracy, correct attachment uploads, and timely processing of supplier claims. You will work closely with asset management functions, suppliers, procurement, and finance teams to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process supplier/vendor claim forms into SAP 
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in claims
• Upload supporting documentation into SAP
• Monitor SES status to ensure prompt responses
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor

Key Stakeholders:

• Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Superintendents
• Nyrstar Representatives, Service Providers, and Vendors
• Procurement and Accounts Payable Departments

Qualifications & Skills

• SAP experience (essential)
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable (preferred)
• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work within a team
• Ability to work independently and manage supplier relationships
• Certifications in Finance or Administration are an advantage
