Your impact will include:

 

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
  • Building strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver timely, high‑quality hires.
  • Enhancing employer branding and candidate engagement across multiple channels.
  • Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all recruitment processes and documentation.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • 3+ years’ recruitment experience in heavy industry, mining, construction, oil & gas or similar.
  • Proven success filling professional roles across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and contemporary sourcing strategies.
